WHO WE ARE

Will Stone and Chuck Russell are Leathermen with nine decades of combined international travel experience. Will and Chuck are experienced in both budget travel and luxury travel. They are both plugged in to the worldwide Leather Community and have close contact with prominent Leathermen around the globe.

Will
Will has a degree in hospitality and extensive experience in the hospitality field. In 2019 he launched LEATHERMEN TRAVEL. He wrote several travel articles for Alphatribe. He has also written about travel and events for Drummer.

Chuck
Chuck is a retired banker with a keen eye on accessing the best available travel deals He has spent the last 25 years traveling the world for business and leisure and has lots of contacts to make sure that you’ll make the best travel choices to suit your leather interests.

We love it! We happily spend hours, days, weeks trying to find the best deal on flights and hotels. We endlessly research how to get around, what are the best sights to see, the hottest places to go. Will is a whiz at putting together trip itineraries to get the most out of his travel. Chuck is an expert on extracting the best value out of his loyalty program miles and points. We do this for our own travel, and we'll do it for you.

We can help you get party tickets, and we’ll also arrange airport pickup and private tours. We’ll let you know how you can save money on local transit and sightseeing. When you’re planning on visiting a major city, we’ll help you plan side trips to places you might have never considered.

Through our global connections in the Leather Community, we don’t just know where to go, but when to go. You may know about the big events like IML, Folsom Europe, Folsom SF, and Darklands. We know what else is going on in cities around the world where you're more likely to meet locals, rather than out-of-towners. But we know the score on the major events too.

Our primary focus city is Berlin. We also focus our attention on a handful of other cities that are popular with Leathermen, such as Amsterdam, Fort Lauderdale, London, Palm Springs, and San Francisco. But we can work with you on trips anywhere in the world. We travel anywhere and everywhere in the world on our own. And we’ll help you get there too.

WHAT IT COSTS
Because each trip is customized, our planning and consulting fee, which builds on a base of $250, is dependent upon the complexity and length of your trip, as well as the number of travelers.

WHAT YOU GET
At the start of the planning process, you’ll get an initial video consultation with us to discuss the goals for your trip. After we research flights and hotels, we will propose arrangements that best suit your needs. The planning process substantially concludes when we provide you with an initial trip itinerary that's fully customized to your travel goals. We'll keep your itinerary up to date should your flights change or if we become aware of newly announced events you might like to add to your itinerary. Because we want your trip to be perfect and for you to be fully satisfied with your experience, we will be available before and during your trip to give you any further assistance you might need.
